K’lani is a fast-growing accessories brand partnering with surf shops, boutiques, gift stores, and national retailers across the U.S. We’re looking for a junior-level Assistant Sales Manager- Inside Sales to support our wholesale sales team and help drive account growth.
This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, creative, highly organized, and excited to grow in sales.
20-30 hrs per week.
What You’ll Do
Support wholesale accounts with reorders, follow-ups, and day-to-day communication
Proactively reach out to retailers about restocks, best sellers, and new launches
Assist with onboarding new accounts and ensuring smooth first orders
Enter and manage orders accurately across wholesale platforms
Track sales activity and build reports using Excel
Maintain organized account lists, sales trackers, and performance reports
Support trade show prep and post-show follow-up
Assist with sales materials, presentations, and special projects
What We’re Looking For
2 years of experience in sales, customer support, wholesale, or related roles
Outgoing, confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable using Excel for tracking, reporting, and basic analysis
Creative thinker with a positive, proactive attitude
Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Willing to travel 2-3 Shows per year
Nice to Have
Exposure to wholesale or retail brands
Experience with platforms like Faire, Shopify, NuOrder, or MarketTime
Interest in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands
