The Hilton Fairfax is looking for an experienced and dynamic Catering Sales Manager to join the Sales team. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Catering Sales Manager is responsible for soliciting, booking, planning and coordinating meetings/functions, ensuring revenue goals are met and high guest satisfaction. Strong prospecting skills, the ability to quickly develop relationships and an understanding of business needs are crucial for the role. The ideal candidate is organized and able to effectively communicate with guests, clients, and hotel team members. Qualifications At least two years of Catering and/or Sales experience required. Hilton experience is preferred. Scheduled events and functions may require variations from normal working hours. Must have computer skills to effectively learn and use various standard software applications and hotel systems.
