We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Line Manager

who is deeply passionate about creating

world-class training apparel

and brings a strong, confident point of view on

product excellence .

This is a

high-visibility leadership role

within a collaborative

triad structure (Product, Design, Merchandising) , requiring strong influence, strategic thinking, and decisive execution. The ideal candidate is closely connected to

sport and sport lifestyle , thrives in ambiguity, and consistently delivers product strategies that serve both

athlete performance and consumer needs .

Who You Will Work With You will partner closely with

Design, Merchandising, and Product

teammates, as well as cross-functional stakeholders across

Sports Marketing, Geography teams, and Operations . Together, you will deliver

training apparel solutions

for athletes ranging from elite to everyday consumers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product creation for training apparel across key milestones

Drive and facilitate product and design reviews

Own project timelines, keeping work on track and unblocking issues

Act as a key decision-maker throughout the product creation lifecycle

Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and execution

Product Strategy & Business Insight

Define and drive a clear product vision and strategy for training apparel

Partner with Design and Merchandising to deliver compelling storytelling from concept to consumer

Collaborate with Sports Marketing, athletes, and consumers to gather insights and validate product direction

Balance elite athlete performance needs with commercial and retail opportunities

Leverage trend, cultural, and consumer insights to grow and energize the business

Communication & Influence

Create compelling visual tools and storytelling assets to influence partners and downstream teams

Communicate clearly and confidently across large, matrixed organizations

Build alignment across functions through strong verbal and written communication

Leads with a positive, team-first mindset

Navigates ambiguity and brings clarity in complex environments

Demonstrates strategic thinking with strong executional focus

Values diverse perspectives to drive better outcomes

Leads by example and holds teams accountable to timelines and quality

Must-Have Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Retail Merchandising, Business, or related field

6+ years of relevant experience in product-related roles

Experience in global product creation for training apparel

Existing product and/or merchandising experience

Proven success working in highly cross-functional, matrixed environments

(or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience with internal product systems and processes (preferred for faster ramp-up)

Proficiency in Keynote, Excel, and Miro; experience with MMX is a strong plus

Personal interest or hands-on experience in training or fitness
