Then this Human Resources Director could be the right fit for you. Responsibilities: Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes. Manages employee relations and resolves workplace concerns. Conducts job analysis and oversees compensation programs. Administers employee benefits and ensures compliance. Manage unemployment claims and related documentation. Oversee workers' compensation claims and return-to-work coordination. Administers employee leave programs, including FMLA. Coordinates training and professional development initiatives. Manages labor relations and union compliance. Ensures workplace health and safety compliance. Other duties as assigned. Required Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Personnel, or Labor Relations required. Master's degree preferred. 7-10 years of progressive Human Resources experience required. 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience required. Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. PHR or SPHR certification preferred. Prior experience in a Senior Living and/or Healthcare setting required.
