Your Future as a Director of Human Resources Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of the HR department, ensuring fair treatment of employees and adherence to legal and company standards. Promote an inclusive and productive workplace culture. Design and implement HR programs, policies, and procedures. Act as a liaison between Home Office HR and hospital management, supporting department managers and staff. Oversee employee education programs, manage the workers' compensation program, and assist with benefits administration. Lead recruitment and retention initiatives to maintain optimal staffing levels and support department managers effectively. Celebrate and highlight the successes of our dedicated employees.

Qualifications That Make You a Fit A bachelor’s degree in Personnel Administration, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Relevant work experience may substitute for a four-year degree on a year-for-year basis. 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources Management is preferred, ideally within the healthcare sector.
