We are looking for a
Senior Digital Designer
to support the OGIO brand as part of the
Callaway Golf Interactive
team. This role is open in
Austin, TX
and
Carlsbad, CA (HQ) .
In this role, you will help bring OGIO's brand to life across digital experiences, with a strong focus on ecommerce, storytelling, and performance. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will lead digital design execution for OGIO, creating clean, user-focused experiences that inspire exploration and drive conversion.

THE ROLE
As a
Senior Digital Designer , you will be part of the
Callaway Golf Interactive
team and serve as the primary digital design lead for the OGIO brand. You will be responsible for designing and evolving OGIO's digital experiences across ecommerce, marketing, and brand storytelling initiatives.
This role blends strong visual design, UX thinking, and collaboration. Your work will help ensure OGIO's website and digital touchpoints feel modern, intuitive, and aligned with the brand's adventurous spirit, while also supporting business goals like engagement and conversion.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Cross-channel campaign assets : Create polished design for new launches, product updates (colors/features), and promos across web, email, paid social, and retail/print. Landing pages and campaign layouts:
Design landing and campaign pages that feel on-brand, support product storytelling, and hit business goals. End-to-end email campaigns : Build full email campaigns from concept to launch, including modules, layout, revisions, and launch-readiness support. Brand consistency ownership : Keep OGIO digital creative consistent across touchpoints, making sure every asset follows brand standards and campaign direction. Photo retouching and optimization:
Retouch product photography, and resize/optimize imagery for web and print. "Customs" SVG asset management : Create and maintain SVG vector assets for the Customs personalization program. QA for accuracy and presentation:
QA assets to ensure correct details, brand alignment, and strong desktop/mobile presentation. AI-assisted production efficiency:
Use AI tools when helpful to speed production, while protecting product accuracy, business needs, and quality. End-to-end ownership and communication : Own tasks start to finish, proactively flag risks/blockers, and share status without needing reminders. Collaboration and feedback : Join ideation and design reviews, share work early, and iterate based on feedback with a collaborative, coachable mindset. Cross-functional partnering : Work with Marketing, E-commerce, Product, and Photo teams to align creative to priorities and timelines. Design standards and templates : Help define and maintain OGIO digital design standards, including templates, component usage, and file organization to improve speed and consistency. Catalog and retail print : Produce catalog layouts and retail display print materials as needed. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Required
Excellent graphic design skills with strong attention to detail and a proven track record of
digital work . Expertise in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and InDesign). Mastery of web design tools like
Figma
or
Sketch
for prototyping and wireframing. Deep understanding of responsive web
design principles , including mobile-first design. Strong understanding of
e-commerce
and marketing creative needs, with the ability to translate business goals into effective assets. Strong QA mindset, with the ability to catch layout, content, and brand issues before launch. Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach. Ability to manage multiple projects under time pressure, shifting priorities, and fast turnarounds. Self-starter with strong ownership, follow-through, and comfort working independently in a cross-functional environment. Able to adapt quickly to feedback and shifting priorities while maintaining quality.

Experience with front-end technologies like
HTML5, CSS , and
basic JavaScript
to bridge design and development teams. (collaboration and handoff knowledge; not a front-end developer role). Lifestyle brand experience (travel, bags, outdoor, apparel). Basic motion graphics for social (simple animations). EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
BA/BS Bachelor's degree in design or related field 5-7 years of professional experience in web design, focusing on ecommerce platforms and digital campaign execution. Digital agency, lifestyle, or tech experience, preferred.
