You will partner closely with Design Leads, Product Managers, Developers, and UX Researchers to create high-quality UX deliverables and design of digital products/experiences that help our clients accomplish their most challenging goals. Collaborate with Design Leads, PMs, Researchers, Data Science, Content, and other cross-functional partners to understand business goals and user needs. Use research and data insights to recommend UX improvements, shape new concepts, and bring ideas from ideation to detailed design. Communicate design rationale clearly and persuasively across audiences, using strong storytelling and presentation skills. Apply Design Thinking and UX methodologies to solve problems, challenge the status quo, and balance user needs, tech constraints, and product KPIs. Produce high-quality UX deliverables; wireframes, mockups, prototypes and lead user testing to validate assumptions and refine designs. ͏

5-7 years designing mobile-first digital products/experiences in an agile environment, ideally within financial services. Strong experience with design systems, human-centered design principles, and translating complex problems into intuitive, accessible solutions. Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools for low- and high-fidelity prototyping, plus familiarity with JIRA and current web/mobile technology capabilities. A compelling portfolio showcasing modern, high-quality digital product work and a strong interaction design, prototyping, and user-research foundation. Ability to advocate for the design process, choose the right design methods, and partner effectively with cross-functional teams while balancing product and technical constraints.

Experience: 5-8 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
