OTC Functional who has worked on SAP Reporting & Analytics with OTC Design, configure, and test SAP SD modules, including order management, delivery, and billing. Map business requirements (Blueprint) to SAP processes, specifically Order-to-Cash (O2C) flows. Develop functional specifications for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, Workflow) objects.
