Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced sales professional to develop and drive revenue growth to new and existing clients across our linear and digital platforms, including TV, Radio, OTT/CTV, streaming channels, social media, and outdoor. Responsibilities include soliciting new business through prospecting and cold calling, managing and growing existing assigned accounts, identifying clients' advertising needs and developing and presenting customized media solutions to meet those needs. As an integral revenue driver in Los Angeles you are held accountable for achieving sales budgets and maintaining proper payment schedules from clients on accounts. Key Responsibilities: Prospect, develop and maintain new and existing accounts to sell media solutions. Develop sales and promotions plans, literature and adverting proposals for clients. Use of a consultative sales approach to drive MediaCo's value proposition to clients. Use ratings knowledge and qualitative research data to create marketing presentations that sell value to our customers and positions our stations against competition. Provide information to sales management to ensure generation of tracking reports regarding pending deals, forecasts, advertiser, contact and prospect lists. Work with internal departments to manage account stewardship across Traffic, Production, Promotions, and other processes. Actively participate and provide competitive updates during Sales meetings, attend training sessions and client remote meetings. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 3+ years' experience in sales, preferably in media sales. Relationship builder with an engaging and energetic personality and desire to contribute to the team and win. Goal driven and self-motivated individual that challenges self to exceed targets. Strong marketing, presentation and closing skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. Excellent written, verbal, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task and work in a high pressured, fast paced environment with tight deadlines. Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred but not required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook. Knowledge of broadcast applications such as Wide Orbit Sales System, Media Radar, Matrix Sales Center preferred. Eligibility Requirements: Must be willing to work in Burbank, CA (No Relocations) Must be willing to work long hours, holidays and weekends on short notice. Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
