Location: 5100 N. Lamb Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89115 Pay: $21/hour plus commissions Hours: Full time: 40 hours/week (4/10 hour days including one weekend day a week) Company Overview: Nevada Pic A Part is more than just a salvage yard

Summary: Nevada Pic A Part is seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Representative Supervisor to lead and manage a team of customer service representatives in the auto and truck parts industry. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring superior customer service, managing team performance, and improving overall efficiency. The ideal candidate is organized, results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: - Punctual, reliable, and professional - Knowledge of auto and truck parts - Decisive, innovative problem solver - Ability to balance multiple priorities, manage time effectively, and transition team members across duties - Dynamic, results-driven individual with a passion for improving customer experience and team performance - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Experience in customer service and/or sales management required - Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred - Associates or Bachelor's degree is a plus Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Open and close the storefront, manage employee daily schedules, breaks, and task lists - Welcome customers, assist with their inquiries, and guide them to the right solutions - Hold team members accountable for delivering excellent service with a friendly attitude - Monitor customer service operations, including tracking parts orders and team member productivity - Train employees on company software, policies, and procedures - Set, communicate, and follow up on goals and tasks for the team to ensure accountability - Foster a culture of excellence in customer service through accuracy, efficiency, and a positive attitude - Identify areas of improvement in operational efficiency and implement solutions - Master company software to assist customers and support team members - Handle customer transactions (cash and card) using the company's point of sale system - Proactively resolve customer issues in accordance with company policies and procedures - Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and customer satisfaction Benefits: - Health/Dental/Vision insurance after 60 days - 401 K with company matching after a year of employment - Paid time off after 90 days - 9 paid working holidays
