
Sales Executive - Service/Construction (BAS)

Building Technologies Integrator
The candidate will report to the sales manager and act as a strategic partner to building owners and facility managers, focused on expanding the service footprint through the sale of Technical Service Agreements and advanced digital building solutions. Leveraging deep technical expertise in platforms such as Alerton and Niagara, the executive will manage the full sales lifecycle from project estimation to the presentation of energy conservation strategies, ensuring seamless long-term support for both new and existing accounts. Responsibilities: Build trust, develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, building owners, facility managers, property managers, engineers, and consultants Create and implement a sales strategy - account management plan to achieve or exceed annual sales plan on a consistent basis Maintain involvement and account management throughout the complete service sales cycle to ensure complete customer satisfaction Develop technical skills and a clear understanding of current technologies, software, and best industry practices geared toward Bosch Building Technologies offerings Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities, focusing on advanced digital offerings, energy conservation measures, technical support offerings and strategies for Building Automation Systems Establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers by scheduling sales calls, following up on leads, and utilizing Bosch Building Technologies marketing strategies to maintain a high level of sales activity Convert existing and new accounts to Technical Service Agreement accounts Collaborate with Bosch Building Technologies construction project team, engage and deliver technical service agreements to newly assigned clients at project completion Target owners and end users outside of the current Bosch Building Technologies customer base Provide technical advice and layout projects to meet customer challenges and budgets pertaining to their building needs Create and deliver sales presentations to clients showcasing Bosch Building Technologies offerings Estimate project costs and write proposals based on customer requests and expectations for scope of work and support agreements Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system Ability to work as a team player, at times teaming will be required to work alongside other sales representatives in building automation and security-life safety Actively participate in outside organizations & trade associations in our industry to network and expand Bosch Building Technologies presence in the marketplace Be able to prepare and present PowerPoint presentations in person, capable public speaking skills, conducting virtual meeting presentations, while maintaining organizational skills and time management. Ability to travel as needed within the greater Austin, Central Texas region. Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Extensive work experience (5 years+) within building automation systems can be substituted for the education requirement. 3+ years of experience in Building Automation control systems working as a technician, field installer, or systems specialist. 3+ years of experience with the sales of commercial DDC control systems, HVAC mechanical equipment, MEP test & balance
commissioning and start-up. 3+ years of consistent growth in sales within the HVAC/BAS/BMS/Construction industry with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. 3+ years of experience servicing existing service contracts with the ability to recommend new equipment and technologies to customers. Experience in customer service, delivering above and beyond client expectations while communicating the suggestion(s) of new service equipment/technologies for new and existing clientele. Proficiency in basic computer systems, including the MS Office suite of products and sales analytics tools. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, General Studies, Marketing, Engineering or related field. 5+ years' experience leading sales teams to meet and exceed sales quotas with consistent growth among sales teams within the HVAC/BAS/BMS industry. 5+ years' experience working with sales analytics tools and software systems. 5+ years' experience of prospecting new business opportunities without warm leads. Physical Demands: Must be able to effectively communicate in English, (ie see, hear, speak and write clearly) in order to communicate with colleagues and/or customers Manual dexterity required for occasional reaching, lifting of light office objects, and operating office equipment Sitting, standing, walking in office environments and construction sites The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and may be required to work at heights over 1.8m (6 feet) Working Conditions: The office is clean, orderly, properly lighted and ventilated. Noise levels are considered low to moderate Will be required to be on site with customers or contractors, with or without Paladin colleagues to manage the expectations and deliverables. Sites range from general office environments to new construction. Driving to customer sites is required Limited overnight travel may be required Additional Information: Working Hours:
