Customer Service Sales Support Representative
The Customer Service Sales Support Representative is responsible for receiving, processing, verifying, and distributing information from inbound and outbound calls to include, but not limited to, inquiries on new and pre-owned vehicles, dealership generated internet leads, and providing general information. You will be speaking to a lot of people each day. The nice thing is that they are all warm leads. (No cold calling) Essential Duties
Work cohesively with the assigned sales staff to ensure customer follow up and engagement is being completed. Ensure all contacts are professional, courteous and noted in the system with a significant message which benefits the customer and dealership resulting in an in-store visit Translate, with sales staff, the best contact method for the customer, i.e.: email, phone or messaging Anticipate timely follow-up with prospects Review prospect information to ensure dealership is receiving all relevant information needed Assist in overflow phone calls and internet leads Other duties assigned Requirements
Self starter mentality and ambitious spirit Eagerness to learn and improve Excellent communication skills and follow up Driven by results Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time Clean driving record and valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check and drug screening What We Offer
