Sales Associate Responsibilities: Deliver all areas of the guest experience on the floor: helping the guest with product selection and customization. Greet every guest with enthusiasm and introduce guests to the brand concept and ethos. Handle all guest issues calmly, with ease, and with the guest's best interest in mind. Complete daily store walkthroughs, visual merchandising, and sell-through assessment. Throughout the day, restock the inventory and maintain visual aesthetic. Know the sales goals and strategize with your team on how to hit daily targets. Utilize sales techniques and actively sell on the floor. Engage in clienteling tactics. Complete inventory tasks as assigned: receiving and processing, discrepancy and stock level management through inventory communication channels. Maintain an organized back of house so neatly it could be the front of house. Assist in community outreach, events, and trunk shows/pop-ups. Requirements: Passion for the guest experience every step of the way. Integrate fun and joy as part of your daily work experience and the environment you create for your staff and for your guests. Qualifications: 2 years of professional work experience. High school diploma / GED required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Office and Google Docs / Sheets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Details: 20- 24 hours/week for part-time positions. 32 to 40 hours/week for full-time positions.
