Qualifications: Willing to train the right candidate, but applicants must have at least 6+ months in customer service experience Sales license required after hire Valid driver's license, background check, and federal drug screen Weekend availability Strong communication skills (phone, email, text, CRM) Tech/computer proficient, including CRM navigation Upbeat, professional personality Ability to work independently and with a team Reliable attendance and performance driven Organized and able to multitask effectively Responsibilities: Handle internet sales leads and inbound/outbound calls Communicate vehicle product knowledge and financial options Complete sales process when needed Collaborate with team and management in process improvement Manage lead follow-up (new, future, and appointment setting) Respond quickly to calls, texts, and emails Balance multiple customer interactions at once Compensations & Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Aggressive hourly + commission pay structure Average monthly earnings: $5,000 - $6,500 401K plan Paid time off & paid training Employee vehicle purchase program Discounts on products and services Family owned and operated dealership Long-term job security Above average industry pay
