To continue the success that MOO Business Services is today, we are looking for an exemplary B2B Account Executive in our East Providence location who will onboard and inspire new business clients, further helping us grow our business services base in North America. Your sales team of between 6-7 sales reps will be made up of Account Executives, Account Managers and a Sales Manager. Together you are responsible for onboarding and growing existing business services accounts at MOO, and working collaboratively to ensure that each client has a seamless experience working with us. MOO is seeking a motivated and ambitious Account Executive that can adapt well to change and work in a fast paced environment. As an Account Executive at MOO you will be the initial point of contact for prospective new business clients looking to MOO's Business Services team for support and guidance with starting or scaling their branded print and custom merchandise needs. This is an exciting opportunity in our East Providence office for a salesperson that can build rapport quickly, perform in-depth discovery, and make recommendations to MOO's prospective business clients on how they can best use our products and services. The successful candidate will report to one of our US based Sales Managers and work closely with the Design Services and Customer Success teams to provide a smooth on-boarding experience. Responsibilities

Serve as the first human contact with business customers and introduce them to MOO service, design, and product offerings Leverage moderate skill in influencing and resilience to fully understand prospective business client needs and inspire them through thoughtful value driven proposals Leverage moderate to advanced qualifying skills to access the level of an opportunity and make strong recommendations and accurate forecasting assumptions Onboard new client accounts for first order(s) and subscription and facilitate a seamless introduction to an Account Manager or Customer Success team Provide live demonstrations of our business platform, help prospective clients product product samples, and educate on our product and service offerings Maintain a strong understanding of MOO products and services to present thoughtful and creative recommendations to prospective clients in order to win their business Work with MOO team of internal designers to ensure client designs will shine on paper and branded merchandise products Keep clear records of work in Sales Department CRM system so that the department can work as a team to ensure the best client experience Manage a pipeline of both prospect and recently onboarded client accounts, actively contacting leads and opportunities from multiple channels Leverage moderate closing skills to achieve and exceed monthly new account and revenue targets Meet and exceed daily outbound activity requirements Accurately forecast anticipated monthly achievement upward to sales manager and at times other leaders in the business Engage in weekly coaching sessions and 1:1s with sales manager Be an active member of assigned sales team and wider department by being an engaged participant in team meetings and strategy sessions About You

Is motivated to make 35+ outbound calls a day Leverages sales skills and moderate to advanced level business acumen to dig deeper in opportunity funnels and make creative sales Is goal-oriented, and likes to chase an ambitious target Learns new tech platforms quickly, and thrives in a hybrid work environment Prefers busy days with lots of action and will actively seek and prospect opportunities Is coachable and enjoys learning new skills and strategies Is professional, friendly, and helpful on the phone and in writing Enjoys being in an advisory role, helping clients solve problems and coming up with creative solutions Is organized and disciplined in day to day processes Can operate effectively in situations where there is ambiguity Has a growth mindset Has an interest or background in design and print Enjoys a challenge and isn't afraid to try something new Thrives in a team setting and working closely with peers towards personal and professional growth Nice to Haves

Previous phone or in person sales experience, specifically in prospecting and/or onboarding new business Basic knowledge of design/print Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Adobe Workfront or other ticketing systems Bi-lingual capabilities Bachelor's degree or significant work experience in sales field preferred What's it like to work at MOO?
