We are seeking a Stone Surfaces Sales Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for customers exploring premium stone surfaces. In this role, you will guide clients through the selection and design process, provide knowledgeable recommendations, and close sales that contribute to the continued growth and success of our company. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their design goals and project needs, recommending appropriate marble, granite, and natural stone products. Provide personalized consultations for residential and commercial clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial inquiry through final purchase. Maintain expert knowledge of all stone products, including colors, finishes, applications, and current design trends. Prepare accurate quotes, process orders, and coordinate closely with operations to ensure smooth scheduling, delivery, and installation. Build and maintain long-term relationships with homeowners, builders, architects, designers, and contractors to encourage repeat business. Assist in maintaining a well-organized, visually appealing showroom that showcases the full range of stone offerings. Support marketing initiatives, promotional events, and product launches to help generate new business opportunities. Resolve customer questions or concerns professionally and efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven sales experience, preferably within the stone, construction, or interior design industry. Strong understanding of marble, granite, and other natural stone materials. Minimum of three years of design experience. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. Experience with design software is preferred.
