Manage parts sale process in its entirety Effectively manage phone traffic Assist with department inventory management Provide accurate pricing quotes by phone and in person Process, manage, and fill parts orders to completion Ensure a clean, organized working space, as well as department showroom Maintain professional demeanor while representing Fitzgerald Peterbilt Qualifications
Previous sales/industry experience necessary Retail background knowledge Computer literacy, including experience multitasking multiple programs Excellent communication skills Superior customer service phone skills with high call volume Ability to lift upwards of 50 pounds Benefits
