Greet customers, assess their needs, and provide personalized recommendations. Handle challenging situations and ensure customer satisfaction. Meet or exceed sales targets using effective upselling and cross-selling techniques. Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Manage orders from start to finish, including taking, packing, labeling, and releasing them. Receive and prepare new stock, maintain displays, and ensure inventory accuracy. Keep displays clean and attractive, and perform routine cleaning. Use the POS system to process sales, apply discounts, handle refunds, and manage customer information. Explain membership benefits, enroll new members, and handle renewals or cancellations. Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively, and adapt to changing priorities. Requirements
Experience in retail or customer service (fragrance or beauty industry preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to meet sales targets and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
