Prosper Ford continues to grow, and we're looking for driven, customer-focused Automotive Sales Associates to join our Used Car Sales team. If you're ambitious, competitive, and passionate about helping customers find the perfect vehicle, this is the career move for you. Whether you bring prior sales experience or the determination to learn, we'll provide the training, tools, and leadership to help you succeed. This role offers the opportunity to build lasting client relationships, represent one of the top dealerships in the region, and earn $60,000 to $200,000 annually through our industry-leading commission structure. Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $60,000

$200,000/year (commission-based)

Responsibilities

Build long-term relationships to create repeat and referral business

Guide customers through the buying process with consultative selling techniques

Deliver professional vehicle demonstrations highlighting features and benefits

Present financing options and support customers throughout the purchase process

Follow up with buyers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals

Overcome objections and close deals effectively in a high-energy environment

Stay current on inventory, promotions, and industry trends

Utilize phone, email, and social media to generate leads and engage prospects

Collaborate with management to track progress and achieve sales goals

Qualifications

Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive or related industry a plus)

Self-motivated, competitive, and eager to succeed

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Professional appearance and conduct

Valid driver's license and clean driving record required

Willing to work flexible hours, including Saturdays (closed Sundays)

Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Schedule

Full-Time, Onsite

MondaySaturday with one weekday off (closed Sundays)

Additional hours as needed during peak sales events
