Automotive Sales Associate
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Automotive Sales Associate to join our team at Nissan of Venice. As an Automotive Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process. Your primary focus will be on establishing a positive rapport with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and presenting them with suitable vehicle options. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be knowledgeable about different vehicle models and features, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles based on their needs and preferences Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to potential customers Negotiate and finalize sales agreements Collaborate with the finance department to secure financing options for customers Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest vehicle models, industry trends, and competitors Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns Meet and exceed sales targets Requirements
Prior experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options Proficient computer skills and ability to use various software applications Valid driver's license Benefits
