Minimum 2 years of vehicle sales experience Strong self-motivation and ability to manage leads and follow-ups independently Comfortable with prospecting and generating new business Active in the local community and skilled at networking Ability to sell from multiple locations and across multiple vehicle types Excellent communication, customer service, and closing skills What You'll Get:
