Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, manage and supervise sales associates, drive sales targets, maintain product knowledge, monitor inventory, oversee customer inquiries, conduct team meetings, analyze sales figures, coordinate promotional campaigns, ensure compliance, manage department budget, maintain cleanliness, report to upper management, various other duties. Requirements: Full-time role, retail management experience in wireless or electronics, demonstrated ability to drive team performance, strong communication and presentation skills, excellent customer service skills, physical ability to lift 30-50 pounds, capability to stand or walk for extended periods. Preferred: Experience with budgets, forecasting sales, merchandising, recruitment, coaching, HR, Canadian employment standards.
