
Lease And Rental Coordinator
The Lease and Rental Coordinator is a customer-facing position that handles the rental inbound and outbound aspects of the rental business as well as handles inbound and outbound service related calls for Lease and Rental customers. Key Responsibilities Daily rental yard inventory and rental truck security for assigned rental yards Daily reconciliation of inventory yard checks with business system inventories Answer inbound and make outbound rental and service, related phone calls and emails Assist setting up new customers. Collect and review account applications Take reservations for rental trucks and balance inventory to make reservations Check in and check out rental trucks and perform inbound and outbound rental damage inspections Verify rental trucks have current inspections, licensing and permitting documents Oversee collection, verification and filing of Certificates of Insurance for rentals Assist to dispatch delivery drivers to move rental trucks and lease trucks Assist customers and service department by coordinating vendor service E.g., tows and road service Assist with A/R collections What skills you'll need to make an impact in this role: Maintain a professional environment to assure cleanliness, safety and customer focus. Communicate and cooperate with all department managers and personnel. Complete assigned tasks within allotted time frame. Display an aptitude to learn and advance.
