Sales Consultant Position
Ray Laethem Dealership is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Sales Consultant to join our team. This full-time position will primarily focus on answering internet and inbound call leads, as well as assisting customers in selecting and showing vehicles. As a Sales Consultant, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure every customer has a positive and informative experience when visiting our dealership. Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound calls and internet leads in a timely and professional manner Assist customers by answering questions and providing detailed information about our vehicle inventory Demonstrate vehicles to potential customers, showcasing their features and benefits Build rapport with customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage sales Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet dealership goals Qualifications
