Account Resolution Specialist

American Coradius International LLC (ACI) is a long standing, full service financial services company looking to add energetic, initiative-taking Account Resolution Specialists to our team. We help their customers who have fallen into a delinquent status resolve these financial issues. The ideal candidate for this exciting remote 95%, 5% in office (You must have reliable transportation for travel to the office for training, meetings, department needs and IT equipment assistance, as required by the role.) will demonstrate excellent communication and critical thinking skills. The Account Resolution Specialist should be disciplined/strongly motivated to take great care of the customers and resolve their needs. Responsibilities:

The Account Resolution Specialist (ARS) is responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner to contact consumers to negotiate payment of a past due account. ACI provides our clients with a team of professionals whose mission is to empower consumers to begin their path towards financial recovery and build a better life for themselves and their families. We educate, inform, and present them with options. It is imperative that our associates work within federal, state and client guidelines/laws. We provide extensive training to ensure you are knowledgeable and prepared for the role. Your ability to manage our clients' accounts with respect and professionalism due to the difficulty associated with the account is critical. Our team utilizes various computer systems to access customer information, update information, as verified, accept payments and service the customer with any questions or issues that they may have. 40 hour work week Schedule Requirements: 1st Party - Hours of Operation - Monday - Friday: 9am - 7pm EST/ 8am

6pm CST 2 SATURDAYS PER MONTH FROM 9AM EST UNTIL 1PM EST (8am to 12pm CST) 2 nights per week until 7pm EST, 6PM CST (Mon-Fri) Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma or GED required. Minimum (1) one year of proven experience in customer service, Will consider previous experience from a banking, sales, call center, other customer service-related positions. You must have reliable transportation for travel to the office for training, scheduled shifts, meetings, department needs, IT equipment assistance, as required by the role. Intermediate computer and keyboard skills (ability to use video conferencing technology zoom and Webex) Must pass client clearance requirements, up to and including, background checks and drug test. Ability to meet client scheduling requirements listed above. Must have reliable internet connection ability to connect company provided equipment to a router, we will perform internet speed test during recruitment process to ensure minimum requirements. Your remote workspace must be quiet and distraction free as all calls are monitored and/or recorded for quality assurance purposes. All Employees MUST work on camera in this remote environment! You must complete the required training, in accordance with client requirements and FDCPA laws/regulations.
