CWR-Customer Service Rep I

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and customer service industry, is seeking a CWR-Customer Service Rep I to join their team. As a CWR-Customer Service Rep I, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting customer interactions and operational coordination. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Salt Lake City, UT Pay Range: $18 Shift: Days, 5 days a week, 40 hours per week. Schedule will be assigned based on business needs. What's the Job? Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues. Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner to maintain positive relationships. Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues related to delivery and service requests. Monitor progress of delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps, process changes or cancellations to delivery orders. What's Needed? Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of related experience, preferably within a call center environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues satisfactorily. Solid multitasking and organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. What's in it for me?
