As a Member Service Consultant, you'll be the face of our credit union, helping members achieve their financial goals while providing an outstanding experience every time. What You'll Do Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently for checking, savings, and loan accounts. Assist members with inquiries, new accounts, and service requestsalways with a friendly, professional approach. Promote credit union products and services by identifying member needs and offering solutions. Ensure compliance with policies and regulations while safeguarding member information. Maintain and balance ATMs, troubleshoot minor issues, and support branch operations. Build trust and meaningful connections through every interaction. Perform clerical tasks and other duties as assigned to keep operations running smoothly. Flexibility Matters Candidates may be asked to work at any of our three branch locations: Lab Branch

Service and Quality Focused Adaptable Detail Oriented Collaborative and Team-Oriented Self-Motivated Critical Thinker and Problem Solver Positive Attitude Exceptional Organization Excellent Communication Skills Education: A high school diploma or GED is required.
