We sell a comprehensive line of top-rated gutter protection systems, gutters, and related services. We're looking for individuals who have an aptitude for sales and can help us grow our presence in Greater Cincinnati. Whether you are looking for a sales career, are retired/stay-at-home and are looking for a new challenge, or you have had a successful career in another field, we are looking for individuals who are willing to learn and adhere to our sales methodology to solve problems, close deals and make money. We will train and expose you to all aspects of our business. You will be responsible for meeting with homeowners at their residences to assess their situation and make recommendations to solve their gutter issues and proactively prevent further problems. We will provide you with pre-qualified, set appointments. Your goal is to arrive on time, recommend solutions, and close deals using our one-call sales techniques. If you have an aptitude for sales, are persuasive, professional, and can learn our sales system, we offer an opportunity that can provide excellent income for the right candidate. We are open to meeting with candidates who have an interest in sales but who have never had a career in sales. Responsibilities include: Meeting with prospective clients at their homes and learning about the issues they're having with their gutters Assessing their unique situation by understanding their objectives, asking relevant questions, and engaging them in the sales process Providing sound advice and making recommendations that solve the problems Preparing estimates, delivering presentations, and showcasing our solutions in an interactive format Negotiating and closing deals and preparing agreements for signature Utilize technology to take photos of the prospect's home, sketch the gutters layout, measure gutters, assess the state of the current gutter system, and identify other issues that the homeowner may not be aware of that we can fix. Communicating with internal operations to have them handle installation, payment, follow-up etc. Use CRM (customer relationship management) to track and manage leads; log sales, schedule follow-up calls, etc. Requirements: Upbeat, positive and engaging communication skills with a penchant for closing deals Ability to meet with and walk around homeowners' yards to measure their gutters and assess their situations Technologically proficient and comfortable using email, CRM, texting and web; MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), and/or Google Docs Must be comfortable learning and using a one-call close selling process Thorough understanding of or willingness to learn sales scripts and negotiating techniques Ability to listen, ask probing questions, and provide recommendations based on real-time information Resourceful, self-motivated and results-driven Aptitude for delivering informative presentations You must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and auto insurance Willingness to travel around the Greater Cincinnati (Tri-State) area Benefits: Flexible hours that can be tailored to your schedule Work remotely from home, car and customers homes Attractive base pay and/or commission Company iPad, work number and email address provided Comprehensive paid sales training Pre-qualified set appointments Equal Opportunity Employer
