Inside and outside the dealership (sales floor, showroom entrance, lot as needed) Shift 1 Mondays & Tuesdays 9 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Shift 2 Mondays & Tuesdays 2:30 - 8 p.m. Shift 3 Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays 5 - 8 p.m. Primary Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly as they arrive on the sales floor or lot Notify salespeople and sales managers that customers are waiting Use phone and text messaging to communicate customer arrivals and needs Direct customers appropriately and ensure they are acknowledged quickly Maintain a friendly, professional first impression for the dealership Requirements
Comfortable using a smartphone for calls and texting Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to be on feet and move between indoor and outdoor areas Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
