Job duties: Write letters and emails to prospects, follow-up with phone calls to make appointments and maintain log sheets Sell new and used cars Ask current customers for referrals and develop a network of independent sources Continuous enhancement of product knowledge on all new/used vehicles Establish monthly objectives with management Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Previous customer service experience preferred
