Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client insurance needs, personal and business, and provide customized solutions aligned with their unique requirements. Policy Presentations: Deliver engaging and informative presentations to clients, highlighting the key features and benefits of insurance products. Negotiation and Closing: Utilize your exceptional negotiation skills to secure deals and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and providing ongoing support and assistance. Requirements: Experience: 5+ years of previous sales insurance is preferred. Insurance Licenses: 2-20 Sales Skills: Proven track record of success in rounding out accounts. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex insurance concepts to clients. Self-Motivation: Strong self-motivation and a drive for success, with the ability to work independently and remotely. Tech-Savviness: Proficient in using AMS360 software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
