Position Overview: The Automotive Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring a smooth, efficient customer experience. This position requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks while maintaining strong communication with both our sales staff and customers. Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team in managing customer leads, appointments, and follow-ups. Coordinate vehicle inventory, pricing, and documentation for sales transactions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Provide support in vehicle delivery. Communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction. Collaborate with management and sales staff to achieve dealership sales goals. Qualifications: Previous experience in automotive sales or dealership operations is preferred.
