Business Development Center Sales Representative
Capital Automotive is on the hunt for a high-energy, people-first Business Development Center (BDC) Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you love connecting with customers, thrive on fast-paced communication, and get fired up by turning conversations into opportunitiesyou'll feel right at home here. This role is all about building relationships, managing leads, and setting the stage for a great customer experience from the very first touchpoint. What You'll Be Doing
Responding quickly and professionally to inbound leads via phone, email, text, and online inquiries Managing and prioritizing leads to ensure timely, thoughtful follow-up Connecting with customers to understand their needs and help guide their buying journey Sharing information about vehicles, services, and current promotions Highlighting features, benefits, and value in a clear, engaging way Collaborating with the BDC team, sales staff, and other departments to drive results Keeping accurate, up-to-date notes in our CRM system Staying informed on market trends, inventory, and competitor offerings Jumping in on other duties as neededwe're one team here What We're Looking For
Sales or customer service experience (automotive or BDC experience is a plus!) Strong communication skills and natural sales instincts Comfort with phone, text, and virtual sales conversations Experience using CRM systems and sales-related tools A team player who's motivated by goals and excited to exceed them Adaptability in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment Willingness to pass pre-employment background screenings What We Offer
