
Seed Sales Representative
A well-established agribusiness is seeking a motivated, results-driven Seed Sales Representative to build and grow grower relationships within an assigned territory. This role focuses on consultative selling, agronomic support, and driving profitable seed sales through locally relevant products and proven systems. Territory: PA, MD, NJ, DE, VA Key Responsibilities Build and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with growers in the assigned territory Understand and apply a structured agronomic and profitability system focused on maximizing grower return on investment Lead sales efforts for seed products and associated agronomic programs Identify, develop, and grow new customer accounts while supporting existing relationships Execute regional marketing initiatives and promote priority products and services Provide agronomy support, field recommendations, and product insights to growers Gather and communicate market feedback related to product performance, competitor activity, and program effectiveness Consistently work toward territory sales and performance objectives Knowledge & Experience Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred 4+ years experience in agronomy sales, seed sales, or agricultural field sales preferred Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to influence, resolve objections, and manage customer needs effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient with basic technology and reporting tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to develop territory plans, track activity, and manage data effectively Valid driver's license with the ability to travel within the assigned territory Compensation & Benefits Competitive base pay + commission (uncapped) Employer paid health insurance 401(k) with company match Paid holidays Paid time off Supportive leadership and an exceptional work culture Long-term, stable employment with a respected ag operation Please submit your resume to be considered.
