Position: Field Marketing Manager/Canvass Manager

Manage and grow a field canvassing team — appointments only, no sales.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in door to door canvassing either as a Team Leader/Van Driver, Canvassing Manager, Canvassing Director or Canvassing Trainer.

Responsibilities:

• Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate canvassers
• Do daily mapping or plan neighborhood routes and schedules.
• Conduct meetings with canvassers daily
• Take canvassers into the field on a daily basis.
