Actalent is hiring: Mechanical Designer in Mosinee

Join a well-established supplier and manufacturer of conveyors and aggregate equipment as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality design and timely delivery of equipment. Be part of a growing team, contributing to innovative solutions in a brand-new facility.

• Design mechanical systems and components using SolidWorks and AutoCAD 2D.
• Develop 3D models and solid models to support product development.
• Collaborate with other designers to optimize design processes and outcomes.
• Create detailed 2D designs and drawings for manufacturing and assembly purposes.

• Proficiency in SolidWorks for mechanical design and modeling.
• Experience with AutoCAD 2D for design documentation.
• Strong background in mechanical design and machine design.
• Ability to perform 3D modeling and solid modeling effectively.

• background in designing conveyors is a plus but not required.

Work in a newly constructed facility with a team of three designers and a manager. The environment is collaborative, with a focus on growth and innovation. Dress code is professional. Interviews will be conducted on-site, including a SolidWorks proficiency test.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of MOSINEE, WI.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
