About The Role

As we grow, we are looking for a Senior Director Product & Growth Marketing to join our Sales & Marketing team to drive product marketing and demand for us. This is a rare opportunity to architect the full gotomarket motion of a fintech platform at an inflection point reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer.

You will own our integrated marketing engine across Product Marketing and Demand Generationfrom positioning to multichannel campaigns that drive qualified pipeline and accelerate deals. Youll craft the product narrative, orchestrate our product launches, and scale systematic growth programs that deliver predictable outcomes across the customer value journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement our integrated marketing strategy from brand to product marketing to demandgen aligned to our business objectives.
  • Execute on first 12month priorities to craft our core value position, messaging, highvalue content assets and website that resonates with our ideal customer profile as well as building up initial demand with the overall ambition to drive $5m of pipeline in year 1.
  • Own the marketing budget and performance framework; allocate spend to maximize return and pipeline impact.
  • Run demand programs, including events and continuously optimize through data.
  • Handson execution, including product collaterals, external communication and website.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years in B2B marketing with a track record for product marketing and demandgeneration.
  • Deep expertise in demandgeneration tactics, performance marketing, lifecycle/ABM, and funnel analytics.
  • Proven ability to craft executivelevel product narratives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, crossfunctional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Indepth knowledge in commercial payments.
  • Proven track record of operating in a startup environment where you both design strategy and execute operational tasks with a cando mindset, taking ownership of projects from concept to completion and willingly handling both highlevel and daytoday activities.
  • Can set up and optimize simple funnels with minimal tools.
