Location: Dallas or Plano, TX
Work Model: In-office initially, hybrid flexibility after 6 months
Role Overview
Angel Reyes & Associates is hiring a Paid Media Manager to serve as the hands-on owner of our paid search programs. This is a senior, execution-focused role responsible for day-to-day performance, optimization, and agency management across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
This role is ideal for a seasoned paid search professional who wants real ownership, not just task execution. You will be accountable for performance against signed cases and CPA, while acting as the primary point of contact for any paid media agencies.
Core Responsibilities
· Own daily management and optimization of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts
· Optimize campaigns to signed cases and CPA, with CPL as a secondary KPI
· Manage offline conversion imports and ensure data integrity and performance accuracy
· Serve as the primary point of contact for paid media agencies, driving execution and accountability
· Conduct keyword research, query mining, bid adjustments, and budget pacing
· Launch, test, and optimize new campaigns across branded, non-branded, and expansion efforts
· Collaborate with internal teams on landing pages, creative testing, and conversion improvements
· Monitor performance trends and proactively surface insights and recommendations
· Support YouTube and Demand Gen campaigns as scope allows
· Assist with paid social and programmatic vendor coordination as needed
Required Experience
· 5+ years of hands-on paid search experience, primarily Google Ads
· Proven success managing performance-driven lead generation accounts
· Strong technical understanding of Google Ads optimization and bidding strategies
· Experience managing or coordinating with agencies
· Comfort being accountable for revenue-proximate outcomes, not just lead volume
Preferred Experience
· Experience optimizing with offline conversions and signed-case data
· Familiarity with call tracking platforms such as Invoca
· Exposure to YouTube or Demand Gen campaigns
· Experience working across multiple brands or business lines
