The Superintendent will oversee and manage daily construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires expertise in construction practices, coordination, and team leadership in the property industry. Description Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the construction site. Manage project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and change orders. Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets specifications and standards. Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and effectively. Collaborate with project managers to achieve project goals and objectives.
