Join Thermo Fisher Scientific as an Inside Sales Representative II and be part of our mission to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. In this role, you'll generate sales growth through virtual and digital channels while building strong relationships with customers across academic, biotech, pharma, clinical and industrial markets. You'll promote and sell our comprehensive portfolio of scientific products and services, using consultative selling skills to understand customer needs and provide optimal solutions. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage customer relationships through our CRM system, and partner with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets. What Will You Do? Complete professional sales calls via telephone to increase profitable sales growth.

Craft a business plan with the aim of achieving sales goals and objectives.

Efficiently manage activities, collecting customer information and developing opportunities in Salesforce.com.

Participate in training and development programs as a means of continuous improvement.

Collaborate with team members to develop account-specific strategies.

How Will You Get Here?

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; preferably in Science or Business.

Responsibilities & Requirements: Be the front line for incoming marketing leads within a specified region and IES Service product.

Generate qualified prospects through various marketing programs and excellent lead follow-up.

Persistently manage lead pipelines.

Convert qualified leads to high WIN probability opportunities.

Drive business growth by generating incremental opportunities from leads.

Accurately manage activities and update lead, account, and opportunity information using SFDC.

Conduct tactical research on organizations and contacts to drive new sales opportunities.

Exceed regional targets selling strategic Molecular products and services.

Prepare, review, send, and follow up on sales quotes for assigned regions.

Engage with the IES/Molecular install base.

Promote Thermo Fisher Scientific eCommerce platform and digital customer tools.
