is looking for a motivated Digital Content Creator/Videographer to join our Public Relations team! The Digital Content Creator/Videographer is responsible for leading the strategy, direction, and execution of internal digital communications with a primary focus on video-based content. This role oversees all aspects of internal video direction, capture, production, and distribution to support company culture, leadership messaging, employee engagement, training, and change management initiatives.

Serving as both a strategic communicator and hands-on creative leader, this role ensures internal video and digital content is clear, compelling, consistent with brand standards, and aligned with corporate objectives.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Internal Video Strategy & Production Develop and manage the company’s internal video communications strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and leadership priorities. Direct, capture, and produce high-quality internal video content, including leadership messages, town halls, training videos, safety communications, and corporate announcements. Oversee all phases of video production: concept development, scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, and final delivery. Establish and maintain production standards for lighting, audio, framing, branding, and accessibility (e.g., captions). Content Planning & Editorial Oversight Collaborate with executive leadership, HR, Corporate Communications, and other internal stakeholders to identify messaging needs and content opportunities. Translate complex or technical information into clear, engaging, employee-focused digital content. Manage an internal editorial calendar for video and digital communications. Team & Vendor Management Manage internal resources and/or external vendors, freelancers, and production partners as needed. Provide creative direction and quality control to ensure all deliverables meet organizational standards. Support skill development and best practices for internal contributors involved in video or digital content creation. Platform & Distribution Management Oversee publishing and distribution of internal video content across appropriate channels (e.g., intranet, internal platforms, email, meetings, digital signage). Optimize content formats for different internal audiences, locations, and viewing environments. Monitor performance metrics (engagement, completion rates, feedback) and adjust strategies accordingly. Governance & Brand Alignment Ensure all internal digital communications adhere to brand, legal, and corporate governance guidelines. Maintain consistency of tone, messaging, and visual identity across internal digital platforms.

Qualifications

Required Skills, Education, and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in corporate communications, digital communications, or video production, with a strong internal communications focus preferred. Demonstrated experience directing and producing professional video content. Strong storytelling, scripting, and editorial skills. Proficiency with video production equipment and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar).

Preferred Skills, Education, and Experience

Experience supporting executive-level communications. Familiarity with internal communications platforms and intranet systems. Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive communication best practices. Core Competencies

Work Environment

On-site work environment preferred but hybrid would be considered as applicable. Occasional local/regional travel and flexible hours to support filming schedules or live events. Filming and asset capture may occur in outdoor and industrial environments, including construction and materials facilities such as quarries, asphalt plants, and precast or ready-mix concrete operations
