Job Title: Cash Management Analyst

Job Description

The Cash Management Analyst will primarily focus on the Accounts Payable (AP) cash side of the general ledger. The role involves managing bank reconciliations and responding to vendor inquiries and concerns. The analyst will monitor the performance of fuel and accounting systems, ensuring feeds and processes are running smoothly, and will identify, research, and resolve processing errors related to fuel invoices. General ledger research and monitoring missing cross-reference details in Right Angle are also key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Manage bank reconciliations and respond to vendor inquiries.

Monitor fuel and accounting systems to ensure scheduled processes are functioning as expected.

Identify, research, and resolve processing errors related to fuel invoices.

Conduct general ledger research.

Monitor missing cross-reference details in Right Angle.

Interface with multiple internal departments to resolve fuel payment matters timely and accurately.

Prepare reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

Focus on exceptions-based transactions.

Review and research high volumes of transactions, ranging from 500 to 1,000 daily.

Conduct 3-way match and manage accruals.

Track and resolve transactions.

Perform various other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

Expertise in accounting and analysis.

Experience with billing research and accounts payable.

Proficiency in reconciliation and research.

Knowledge of accruals and 3-way match.

Ability to review and manage reconciliations.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience with Power BI or Altrix, or exposure to various systems.

0-3 years of experience preferred.

Bachelors degree in Accounting

Understanding of accounting processes.

Proficiency in Excel.

SAP S4 Hana experience is a plus.

Right Angle experience is a plus.

Work Environment

The role is based in a shared services environment located in Dallas, TX. Initially, the position requires 100% in-office work, with the option to work from home on Tuesdays and Thursdays after a training period of approximately four weeks. The flexible work schedule allows for early departures on Fridays during non-close weeks, with hours from Monday to Thursday being nine hours and Fridays being four hours. The office is conveniently located near North Park Mall, with access to shops and restaurants.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX 75231.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
