Responsibilities

Lead and advance the cardiovascular service line. Drive operational excellence and clinical quality. Ensure financial performance and strategic growth. Inspire teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and community impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Master’s degree preferred. 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a hospital setting. 2+ years of cardiovascular or Cath lab leadership experience preferred.

Required Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex administrative, operational, and human-resource challenges. Ability to evaluate multiple solutions, anticipate risks, and implement process improvements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of hospital operations, regulatory requirements, and service-line management. Sound judgment and discretion in decision-making.

Preferred Skills

Experience in leading cardiovascular services. Familiarity with the latest trends in cardiovascular care.
