Administer and support employee benefit programs
Serve as a subject‑matter expert for retirement plans
Partner with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth plan operations
Assist with annual renewals, audits, and compliance requirements
Support benefits communications and employee education initiatives
Analyze benefits data and provide insights to improve plan effectiveness
Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations
Act as an escalation point for complex benefits and retirement plan questions
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in benefits administration or benefits operations
Strong retirement plan experience (401(k), pension, or similar programs required)
Experience supporting benefits in mid‑to‑large organizations
Solid understanding of benefits compliance and regulationsStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Effective communicator with both internal teams and external partners
