This individual will be an excellent leader within our organization and will need to be able to work and grow within our team of agents who are all united in their commitment to the team’s standards and achieving the team's goals. This individual will need to have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality.
This individual will demonstrate on a daily basis the knowledge, attitude, skills, and habits of a high-achieving Real Estate Agent, who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing always, and seeking win-win agreements.
You will prospect daily, set appointments, show homes that our clients are interested in viewing, and continue to actively keep in touch with our database. Attention to detail and being highly organized are also traits that are typical of a high-performing agent on our team.
The Real Estate Agent Specialist will also demonstrate a commitment to learning and will strive for growth by regularly attending courses, teaching others when appropriate, and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues. This individual will be committed to investing in the people on the team and regularly provide them with learning and growth opportunities as well.
Key Activities
Perform daily 1-2 hour lead generation.
Perform 1-2 hour lead follow up.
Research the market daily - new listings and price reductions.
Manage and serve 5-20 new clients every month.
Practice and mastery of sales techniques and dialogue.
Conduct home buying & selling consultations with clients.
Host an open house at least 2 times a month.
Show clients available properties.
Attend client and team appreciation events.
Negotiate initial offers and repairs that may come up.
Attend training and educational opportunities regularly.
