You’ll be responsible for answering any client questions or concerns about coverage, policy changes, and billing deadlines. Responsibilities
Help create competitive quotes when it is time to issue renewals or make updates to a current policy
Facilitate communication with clients and claims adjusters to process all documentation reporting a claim on a current policy
Give clear answers to clients on any coverage or billing questions including information on rate fluctuations or policy changes to ensure full understanding
Communicate regularly with key industry reps regarding industry standards, insurance products, current rates, coverages, insurance policies, and carriers so that you are always ready to help clients, underwriters, sales representatives, account executives, and the rest of our service team understand and address new rules and policy updates
Implement strategies to optimize efficiency, increase profitability, and elevate the customer experience
Leadership & Operations
Set clear goals, track performance, and hold teams accountable to high standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to align short-term priorities with long-term goals
Ensure adherence to operational policies and industry best practices
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management efforts
Implement strategies to optimize efficiency, increase profitability, and elevate the customer experience
Qualifications
Active insurance license in your state or willing to get licensed in 90 days
Candidates should have an Associates or Bachelor’s degree, but all candidates with insurance industry experience will be considered
Follow up skill, written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills are a must in this role
Insurance experience as an insurance agent or other position is highly preferred but candidates with the appropriate skills should still apply, training is provided
Applicants must have basic computer skills and be able to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Compensation $75,000 per year
