Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Professional located in Florissant, MO. The Leasing Professional will be responsible for managing property leasing activities, ensuring resident retention, and providing exceptional customer service. Tasks include leasing apartments, coordinating lease administration processes, communicating effectively with residents and potential tenants, and addressing inquiries to maintain high standards of satisfaction. Qualifications
Experience in Resident Retention and a focus on maintaining positive relationships with tenants Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to address tenant inquiries and provide assistance effectively Knowledge of Leases and Lease Administration, including preparing, reviewing, and managing lease agreements Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage documentation and property-related tasks efficiently Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Familiarity with property management software is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in property management or leasing are advantageous
