We’re looking for a full-time, talented, and professional buyer’s agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. We pride ourselves on providing proven systems to our agents that will ensure their success. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities

Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options

Work closely with buyers to locate and negotiate the successful purchase of a home through the process of ongoing, consistent and clear communication and a high level of customer service

Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale

Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home

Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers

Qualifications

Must be able to work full-time in the industry

Real Estate License: Must hold a valid real estate license in the State of Utah with a proven track record of compliance and ethical conduct

Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in real estate sales as a Buyer's agent with a minimum of 1 year of experience. A consistent and verifiable sales record is highly desirable

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential. The ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders is vital for success in this role

Customer Service: A client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Must be responsive, proactive, and dedicated to meeting and exceeding client expectations

Networking Skills: Strong networking abilities and the capability to build and maintain relationships with clients, other agents, and industry professionals

Self‑motivated: Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and take the initiative. Proven time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines

Professional Appearance and Demeanor: Presentable and professional in appearance with excellent interpersonal skills

Continued Education: Willingness to stay informed about industry regulations, and best practices, and participate in ongoing professional development

Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, property values, and industry trends. The ability to provide informed advice to clients and stay updated on market changes is crucial

Valid Driver's License and Car: Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for property visits and client meetings
