This individual will focus on marketing and placing new personal lines business, managing submissions, and aligning risks with the appropriate carriers. The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling personal lines new business at an agency or brokerage, strong familiarity with carrier appetites, and hands‑on experience using EPIC.
Responsibilities Include:
Marketing and placing new personal lines accounts with multiple carriers
Quoting, shopping, and binding personal lines coverage
Communicating with underwriters to obtain competitive terms
Managing submissions and moving business through the pipeline efficiently
Following established workflows to support a fast‑paced new business team
Requirements:
Experience in personal lines new business placement or marketing
Strong understanding of carrier guidelines and appetites
Hands‑on experience with EPIC and EPIC Quotes
