Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, NY, for a Senior Property Consultant. The Senior Property Consultant will engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs, provide professional advice, and guide them through property transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing. Responsibilities include identifying investment opportunities, managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, staying updated on market trends, and achieving sales targets. The consultant will also work closely with the team to ensure a seamless and strategic experience for clients.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Consulting, Real Estate, and Sales
Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
A proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships
Proficient knowledge of the real estate market and current trends
Proven track record of successful property transactions is advantageous
Self-motivated with strong organizational and negotiation skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus
